    This is cruelty to animals. The fear on their faces is obvious. Why isn’t this being shut down?

    i agree, laura. especially the dog with the prong collar. dangerous and cruel.

    Wow I’d love to take my dogs to San Diego for vacation! Have never done surfing before but it should be a lot of fun!
