On Sunday, September 13 in San Diego took a great show dogs, surfers, collect 4 thousand spectators. The event was held for the fourth consecutive year. Its purpose is to raise funds for dog shelters

    This is cruelty to animals. The fear on their faces is obvious. Why isn’t this being shut down?
