Excessive drooling from the mouth may indicate consumption of a poisonous ingredient or a mouth infection. Sudden and big weight loss is another sign that may indicate a bigger ailment, which needs doctors intervention.
In case the water consumed by your pet increases, then it could be indicative of a kidney problem or diabetes. The signs for these illnesses also include frequent scooting on its rear, which may be indicative of worms or anal blockage. If you observe any of these signs, it is recommended that you take your pet to the vet immediately.
