The ailment is commonly caused by a bacterium or yeast, which may appear during ticks or mites infections in your dogs ears. Some of the signs for an ear infection include pain, foul odor emitting from the ears, pawing the ears, and shaking the head vigorously.

Owners must always pay attention to the signs shown by their pets to ensure that they provide correct and timely treatment to their pets. Excessive drooling from the mouth may indicate consumption of a poisonous ingredient or a mouth infection. Sudden and big weight loss is another sign that may indicate a bigger ailment, which needs doctors intervention.

In case the water consumed by your pet increases, then it could be indicative of a kidney problem or diabetes. The signs for these illnesses also include frequent scooting on its rear, which may be indicative of worms or anal blockage. If you observe any of these signs, it is recommended that you take your pet to the vet immediately.

Enlarged abdomen that has hardened indicates health problems with your pet. In addition, excessive vomiting along with loose and bloody stools need to be treated immediately. Lethargy in your active pet, loss of appetite, restlessness, and anxiety are dog health problems symptoms and must be treated.
